[soln-plugin-sampler]

Periodically samples specific points in the volume and writes them out to a CSV file. Parameterised with

1. nsteps — sample every nsteps:

   int

2. samp-pts — list of points to sample:

   [(x, y), (x, y), ...] | [(x, y, z), (x, y, z), ...]

3. format — output variable format:

   primitive | conservative

4. file — output file path; should the file already exist it will be appended to:

   string

5. header — if to output a header row or not:

   boolean
